With our services returning to near normal capacities, we can announce that regular memberships will resume at Active Monash from Monday, 4 January 2021.
This means that from Thursday, 17 December, all COVID-19 memberships will no longer be available for purchase and a normal membership will be required to access our facilities from Monday, 4 January 2021.
All suspended membership payments will resume to the same price and frequency from our last debit in March 2020. Please note – the first direct debit payment will be on Thursday, 31 December 2020 and will be for 10 days instead of the usual 14-day payment cycle. This payment will cover the period from 4 January to 13 January 2021. The amount may be further reduced to account for any suspension credit rolled over from the original suspension, and any unused credit.
In the next few days we will be reviewing existing payment methods and will contact those people requiring updated details.
We will also be sharing our new membership structure before normal memberships resume. The new membership structure is designed to give you options to ensure you're getting the most out of your membership and not spending extra money on services you don't use. Keep an eye out for this information in your emails, our website and social media.
If for any reason you aren’t ready to restart your membership, you’re entitled to continue your membership suspension. You will need to request an extension by Monday, 21 December 2020 to ensure sufficient time to process prior to the direct debit.
