Breakfast Chia Pudding

Try this Chia pudding recipe for breakfast! It's easy and the kids will love it!



  • Mix together 1/2 cup chia seeds with 1.5 cups of your favourite milk (options vanilla and/or sweeteners)
  • Leave in fridge for about 1/2 hour, mix then leave for another 1/2 hour or until it reaches the right consistency.
  • Microwave some frozen berries of your choice then layer in a glass with the chia mix.
  • Add any of your favourite toppings like Greek yoghurt, berries and nuts.
