You will be amazed what our bodies are capable of with a bit of consistency and hard work. I will be still doing handstands at 80. Anyone can!
More about me:
I've been doing intense physical activity from the age of 5 so no other lifestyle and its what I love. Gymnastics as my first love, I am inspired by physical fitness being present in older adults.
