My Experience:

I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years now. Achieving many things along the way, not only that of my clients but of my own personal goals as well. In 2014 I completed my first half marathon. My partner and I now have our eyes set on building up our cycling fitness to complete the 5330 kilometres Bicentennial National Trail from Healesville to Cooktown.

Why should you train with me?

Coming from a family with many mental health illnesses such as Anxiety and Depression I chose to become a Mental Health First Aider as well as a Personal Trainer to gain a greater understanding of how the mind works when faced with certain challenges. With these skills, I am able to understand that the challenge you face isn't just physical but mental also. I will help you navigate your way through this journey and teach you the tools you need to overcome any obstacle.

More about me:

I became a PT because I have always wanted to help people. Starting out as a volunteer Firefighter I had a great amount of pride helping the people around me. Always being active and around the gym, this led me to a career as a Personal Trainer.

Nature inspires me, I love being outside whether it be walking, running or hiking. There is so much of the world I wish to see that it keeps me motivated to keep moving and keep getting up in the morning.

My style of training is endurance cardio (running, hiking etc) and weight training. I'm slowly getting into swimming! haha
