I have always loved long distance running however due to being fairly injury prone I eventually moved into triathlon in order to give my body some less high impact training though cycling and swimming. This leads me to race Ironman distance triathlons which involve a 3.8k swim followed by 180k bike and then a 42k run. I was lucky enough to qualify for world championships in my first race so this ignited a real passion. I also love trail running and racing.
Why should you train with me?
Due to my own interest in endurance sports, I spend a lot of time researching training methods and programs that will get the best results.
I also feel its very important to work on injury prevention/ strength and conditioning and exercises that will strengthen these muscle groups.
In order to keep sessions interesting and achieve optimal results, I also like to mix it up with boxing, toning, HIIT training and core work depending on your personal goals.

I am inspired/ motivated by results whether they are my own or that of others, therefore the training I do myself or give to my clients is always focused towards the optimum result.
