In 2012/13 I lost 50kg and have been heavily involved in sports and fitness ever since. I competed in my first amateur boxing fight in 2015 and continue to train - even though I have retired from fighting. I also have a lot of experience in other fighting styles such as Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. I have also had a lot of experience in weight lifting.
Why should you train with me?
I have a lot of fun with my clients but we also work really hard. My experience across a wide range of training really helps maximise results without getting bored of the same exercises each week.
More about me:
I became a PT to help others lose weight and achieve what they never thought possible. My favourite type of workout is combining high-intensity cardio with resistance training and I also love boxing and going for a run. I'm inspired by my clients, I love watching how hard they work in a session and it motivates me to always do my best too.
