Functional Group Training

Functional Group Training (FGT) involves exercising in a fun, social environment. Small group training means trainers spend more time with you, checking technique and pushing you throughout the session.

FGT Classes:

Active Army (60 minutes) - Full body workout rain, hail or shine. Sessions are held both indoors and outdoors aimed at giving you the ultimate training experience.

Battle Ropes (30 minutes) - High-intensity full body power workout, in a low impact environment. Ideal for increasing strength and power in your upper body

GRIT Strength (30 minutes) - High-intensity interval training workout that takes you into overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super fast.

Kettleworx (30 minutes) - Focusing on resistance, cardio and core utilising a kettlebell to get your body moving in all directions for a more effective and functional whole body workout.

Suspension (45 minutes) - Freestyle twist to old body weight exercises. Improve your balance, muscular control & strengthen your core, through the use of suspension straps.

T-3 Shred (30 minutes) - Mix of interval and resistance training to define muscles and shred fat. You’ll get the heart pumping benefits of cardio while building muscle with a weights workout in this circuit style class.

To access these sessions you must either hold a Functional Group Training (FGT) membership, Multi-Visit Pass (MVP) or pay a casual entry.

 FGT Add-On* $15.30 per week
 FGT Membership**: $20.40 per week
 Multi-Visit Pass (10 Sessions) $168.30
 Casual Entry: $18.70 
*Add on to your current health club membership
**Standalone FGT membership does not include access to health club.
Payment is via fortnightly direct debit.
