Are you looking for a new fitness challenge this Spring? Want to make new friends, be motivated and train with a group?
The Ultimate Team Challenge is coming this October!
As part of The Ultimate Team Challenge, you will participate in a 5-week program designed to test your physical fitness and improve your muscular endurance all within a supportive team environment. You'll receive continual encouragement and support from your trainer and team members!
Did you know that people who train with a partner or in a group are more likely to work harder and longer in their sessions?
Encourage your friends and family members to join the challenge with you, or simply join one of the teams we create!
The Ultimate Team Challenge includes a weekly group personal training session, where you'll train with your team members, work on your muscular endurance and prepare for the finale event.
The finale will include 5 challenges in which each team must complete. Each challenge focuses on testing the muscular endurance of all major muscle groups within the body.
Every participant of The Ultimate Team Challenge will receive an Inbody Scan before and after the challenge so you can easily measure your progress and achievements from the program.
As a participant of The Ultimate Group Challenge you will get:
- 5x Group PT Sessions
- 1x Challenge Sessions
- 2x Inbody Scans (before and after the program)

Registrations open: Monday 2 October at Reception
Challenge Starts: Monday 23 October
Team Challenge Day: Saturday 25 November
Challenge Ends: Sunday 26 November
