Teen Fitness offers a variety of training options for those who prefer working individually on a gym program and those who prefer the team environment of group fitness. Whatever your style we will make a program that fits you.

What is Teen Fit?

Teen Fit is a supervised program for teenagers aimed at creating opportunities for a healthy and active lifestyle. This is an inclusive program for all fitness levels as the program is tailored to individual needs. The program is designed to set up healthy lifestyle habits that can be maintained throughout life.

We have several options, teen fit specific classes, general classes, or gym access. 

Gym Access: Access to the gym on the Teen Fitness program is available from 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and all day Saturday & Sunday.

Group Exercise: All of our Group Exercise classes are available on the Teen Fitness program. Participants must be 16 or older to join BodyPump, Boxing or Circuit classes.

Teen Access to Equipment:

13-15 Years old: Cardio Equipment, Limited Group Exercise classes

16-17 Years old: All Gym Equipment, All Group Exercise Classes

Lifestyle Consult: A Lifestyle Consultation is completed for all first-time Teen Fitness gym users to set personal goals and create an individualised health & fitness program.

 What do I wear to class?

Comfortable clothes: t-shirt, shorts, tracksuit pants or anything you can move easily in. Closed toe footwear (like runners) are required for all classes for safety and hygiene reasons.

What do I bring?

Bring a water bottle and a towel for your sessions (either classes or in the gym) to help you stay hydrated and hygienic.
