Group Fitness for Active Adults

We have a range of Active Adults group classes designed for everyone from the total beginner to the very fit.

To quickly find a dedicated Older Adults class on our timetable, look for the 'Sun' Icon: Older-Adults.png next to a class name. 

We recommend individuals seek medical advice prior to participating in any physical activity. Individuals participate in Group Fitness classes at their own risk.

Cardio Classes:

Cardio classes help improve balance, agility, mobility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness.
Classes include:

  • Cardio4Life
  • X-Training
  • Zumba Gold
  • and Aqua classes.

Wellness Classes:

Wellness classes help with mobility and flexibility as well as mind/body balance.
Classes include:

  • Stretch4Life
  • Pilates Gold
  • Tai Chi
  • Qi Gong.

Please note that some classes (Stretch4Life and Pilates Gold) require the ability to move on and off the floor.

Other Classes:

Many of our other classes are popular with older adults, such as Yoga, BodyPump, Cycle, and Pilates.
