Gym Facilities at Oakleigh Recreation Centre
Constantly varied functional movement executed at a high intensity. CrossFit sessions are 1 hour involving Mobility/Warm Up, Strength/Skills Component and of course the WOD (workout of the day)

Functional Group Training (FGT) involves exercising in a fun, social environment. Small group training means trainers spend more time with you, checking technique and pushing you throughout the session.
